The PTSO is a non-profit volunteer-based organization, comprised of Parents, Teachers and Students. Our goal is to enhance your child's educational experience.  
 
What does the NVD PTSO do?
 
Funds raised from our membership alone allows us to:
  • Offer multiple $1000 Senior Scholarships every year(Must be PTSO member for 4 years starting with Class of 2022 to be eligible)
  • Contribute to students' activities such as; field trips, Senior Picnic, Prom, Project Graduation and more
  • Donate gifts for school requests such as; a new electronic school sign, media center renovations, school store upgrades.
  • Sponsor Holiday Teacher Appreciation Luncheon 
 
In addition, the PTSO is here to:
  • Act as liaison between faculty/administration and parents
  • Coordinate with Guidance to set up ACT/SAT practice tests
  • Organize Parent Socials 
 
MEMBERSHIP IS THE ONLY WAY TO BE LISTED IN THE STUDENT ONLINE DIRECTORY AND TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR SENIOR SCHOLARSHIPS!
